Estimate Pension Benefits - Use the Participant Self-Service (PSS) portal to run pension estimates. You may also request an estimate or pension application by submitting this form to the Benefit Funds Office via email or fax. 

How to Apply for Pension Benefits - The fastest way to apply for your pension benefit is to submit an online application by logging in to your PSS account and completing an online application. For more ways to submit a pension application, please view the HOW TO APPLY flyer. For step-by-step instructions for completing an application, please refer to the Pension Application Information Guide or view page 24 in the Summary Plan Description.

Note: To comply with federal regulations, you cannot apply for your pension earlier than 180 days before your intended pension effective date.
