An Update on Mail Service: February 2021
The United States Postal System is currently experiencing a high volume of mail and an overextended staff during this unprecedented time. You may experience some delays in sending and receiving information to and from the Fund Office. However, rest assured we are taking proactive measures to ensure all mail received is processed within the Fund quickly. To prevent missing required document deadlines, we recommend putting material in the mail well ahead of the due date. You may also use a tracking method such as Certified, Priority, or Priority Mail Express for further peace of mind.
Benefit Recipients receiving a paper check should consider moving to direct deposit. To establish a direct deposit of your pension payments into a designated bank account, complete the direct deposit form on IPASS. (After logging in, select Direct Deposit from the Benefit Recipient menu). As an alternative, you can download the direct deposit form here (PDF), or request a copy from the Fund Office. Return the paper form to the Fund Office.
Benefit Recipients may also obtain their1099-R tax forms by accessing IPASS.
